I had my laundry air vents cleaned out and they reponded quickly and they did such a quick and wonderful job. My dryer had "died" and it was determined that I had a blockage in my vents that were overheating my dryer. Since then everything has been working great. Steam It came to clean my carpet and kitchen/dining room tile floor. I was amazed at the professionalism, courtesy and excellent results. The carpet looked and smelled fresh and clean, and I do have a pet in the house. I was particularly pleased with the tile, after years of cleaning it on my hands and knees with paper towels my tile looked brighter and definitely cleaner. I even got on my knees after they left and tried a wet paper towel on it and there was no dirt/residue left behind. And this lasted for several weeks. I was very very pleased and will definitely call Steam It back to my home. They were on time and very friendly.

I don't normally don't write reviews and I am very very picky. But when Steam It came and did my carpets. I had to have them come back to clean and seal my tile and grout. When Steam It says that they can make your tile and grout look brand new..they weren't kidding!! I can't believe how beautiful my tile and grout look again! I thought I would have to replace my tile and grout to make it look this great! I am definitely going to call Steam It for all my carpet and tile needs in the future.

I called Steam It to come and steam clean the carpet in my daughters bedroom. There was makeup, nail polish and all other types of stains on this carpet. I never thought that Steam It could get all of it up. I thought this would be a quick fix until we could replace the carpet in her room. But Steam It not only got all of the stains out (including the nail polish) but made her carpet look like new! Now we don't have to replace the carpet! My wife and I called Steam It to come out and color seal our tile and grout. Now I don't believe that great customer service and quality of work is easy to find in any company these days. So, I'm usually hard to please...but Wow!! Steam It was professional, courteous and the quality of work was amazing!! Our floors look brand new! My wife and I couldn't believe it! I just recently had Steam It come out to clean my carpets. Now I have 4 boys so my carpet was in bad shape. There were stains that I was sure they could get out. But to my surprise Steam It got all the stains out. Great Job Steam It!!

Definitely A Lifesaver I had a last minute cleaning that I needed done asap. I had some wine that was spilled on my carpet the night before we were suppose to have family over. I called several carpet cleaning places and no would even consider trying to fit me in. But when I called Steam It they told me at first they were booked but that they would try and find a way to get me taken care of. And that they did! Looks Like My Tile Had A Facelift! I recently had Steam It come out and colorseal my tile in my kitchen. Now I saw all the before and after pictures that they had. Holiday Lifesavers!
Steam it is now my new holiday lifesavers. We were about to go out of town that afternoon. When my son threw up all over his room. I called Steam It hoping and praying that they would be able to fit me in. Being it was the holidays I wasn't sure if they were going to be really busy or not. Great Carpet Cleaning Company, Steam It!!
I've been using Steam It for a few years now. And I've have had several different techs come to my home. The first time I used Steam it, the tech was wonderful! Then the second...the same...wonderful! Then the third, and the fourth! I thought with the first tech, that I was just lucky to get a great tech. But come to find out..all their techs are great! Their hardworking, courteous and punctual! So I guess the real luck was in finding a great carpet cleaning company! STEAM IT!!

I have always been very wary of any company I have used to do anything in my home. Mainly because my wife is a stay at home mom and I can't always be there when I company enters our home. That leaves my wife to have to deal with them. My wife and I have been using Steam It for some time now. And I have to say that I love that comfort feeling that I have with Steam It. The techs are professional and courteous. I feel comfortable enough with Steam It, that I've had them enter my home when no one was home. I left them a key and they did what they needed to do. They left the key and invoice on the table then locked up for me. And not once did I feel uneasy about it. I love that comfort feeling!!!

I've used a lot of different carpet cleaners in Austin. And every single one that I've used, has had some sort of hidden cost or fees. Like to remove a spot or something. But Steam It was different. When I scheduled the appointment with Steam It, they told me that everything was included. I really didn't believe them. I was expecting some hidden cost somewhere. But I was pleased when I got my invoice. It was exactly the cost they said on the phone it would be! And my carpet looked great!!! I couldn't believe it! An actual honest company!! Who knew!! With all this flu talk lately it got my husband and I to thinking. Maybe we should have all our carpet, tile and air ducts cleaned and sanitized. I didn't think that sanitizing everything was something that most carpet and tile companies offered. At least not without a hefty price tag. Boy! I thought Steam it was kidding when they said "Brand new looking grout or it's free!" But they really do live by their word! I was amazed how great my grout looked after they were done! I have 2 dogs and they have a lot of accidents on my tile. But now it looks like I put in a brand new floor! Thank you Steam it!!

I have been using the same carpet cleaning company for the past 5 years. But with the hard ecomonic times that we are going through. I had to think about price and my current carpet clean was really expensive. I have always tried to obey by the saying you get what you pay for. But I may have to rethink that saying now. I was all about the price before but forget the price! Look at how great my carpet looks!! Steam it was not only cheaper then my current carpet cleaning but they did a much better job too!! I recently called Steam It to come out and colorseal my tile & grout. My tile & grout weren't looking bad by any means. I just wanted to change the color of the grout. I thought the color change would bring out the colors in my tile. I had heard that Steam it did a great colorseal job. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. Good service is hard to come by these days. But the tech was extremely professional. Offering me several different colors to choose from. Then once he got to work, he was like a machine!! Most of the time carpet cleaning techs aren't that dependable or professional. I've had some carpet cleaners come to my house that were rude and disrespectful. So I was very surprised with Steam it's techs. They were professional, polite and customer oriented. And they did a great job on my carpet. Only let Steam It seal your floor!
I had Steam It clean our tile and grout awhile back ago. They did a great job! I would have had them seal it to but I decided to do it myself. Just so that I could save a couple bucks. But a couple of months after I sealed it the grout looked dirty again. So I called Steam it back and they informed me that I used a seal that sits on the top of the grout and that the seal was eventually wearing away. That's why my grout was starting to get dirty again. But Steam it uses a seal that imbeds itself into the grout. So you grout stays cleaner longer. I believe I have learned my lesson.Only let Steam it seal your floor!

The only thing smooth about moving was Steam It! I was suppose to have movers come and move me on a Thursday and they never showed. Steam It was suppose to come out after the movers left. So to make a long story short. The movers rescheduled with me 3 times!!! And in return I had to reschedule with Steam It 3 times!! In the end Steam It ended up coming out on a Sunday after I had called them at the last minute to reschedule yet again. And they didn't even charge me extra for all the last minute changes or confusion! And not only that but they did a fantasic job on the carpet and they were on-time! Unlike my movers! I recently just moved into a new neighborhood. After asking a couple of the neighbors who then use for carpet cleaning. They all said Steam It! I wasn't sure about my neighbors at first but after they recommended Steam It. I think I'm going to like my neighbors!
Wow!! What a difference! My family and I have really bad allergies. And I have used several different air duct companies but we still don't ever seem to feel relief. So when I saw that Steam It was having a great deal on air duct cleaning. I figured...why not. Wow!!! What a difference!! Steam It's techs came in and took their time and did a very detailed job. And for the first time in a long time, my family and I can really tell the difference. With all this flu and swine flu going around. I've been feeling the need to santize my home. That's when I saw this Steam It ad that said their cleanings get rid of 99.9% of all germs and bacteria. So I thought I'd give them a try. I had them santize my air ducts and carpet. There's no really way for me to tell if 99.9% of all my germs and bacteria were gone. But I can tell you that my house has never felt or looked cleaner. And I can tell a huge difference in our air quality too. The techs were like machines! Efficient and fast! I finely feel a little less stressed about the germ thing. At least in my home. Sure wish I could afford to have Steam It clean my house once a week!! Thanks Steam It!
Steam It surprisingly never gave up
When using a company for the first time. I always like to put them to the test. Especially if I plan to use them for a while. So when Steam It came out to clean my carpet. I was a complete a-hole to them. I wanted to see how long it would take for them to throw up their arms in defeat. It usually only takes about 30 minutes for most carpet cleaners to give up. But Steam It surprisingly never gave up. The owner even continued to contact me until he knew I was completely happy. Now in a world where good customer service is hard to come by. I would have to say Steam It is a cut above the rest. I plan to continue to use Steam It in the future. But I promise to be much nicer.
Have gone above and beyond
I've been using Steam It for a year now. This is the first time that I've written a review. But I felt it was long overdue. I've always gotten excellent service from Steam It. They've probably cleaned everything in my home from my tile, carpet, air ducts, area rugs and dryer vents. I've always felt, that Steam It has gone above and beyond when servicing my home.
